Return & Refund Policy

Non-Defective items: You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective items: If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect we are happy to ship a replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items. Shipping fees for international customers will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.

Cancellation Policy: This cancellation policy applies only to items that have not yet shipped. Items that have shipped are subject to our returns policy. Most orders that have not yet reached the warehouse for shipping can be cancelled. Once an order reaches the warehouse it cannot be cancelled. Please email to see if we can cancel an order that has been placed. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, it will only be for the items ordered and returned.
